bestph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the bestph platform, even if bestph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bestph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bestph reserves the right to suspend platform access for maintenance, updates, or regulatory compliance requirements without prior notice.
bestph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account termination for cause (i.e., due to a violation of these Terms), bestph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance — including both real money deposits and bonus credits — subject to applicable Philippine law. Upon voluntary account closure by the player, all verified real money balances will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after standard security processing.
